Virtual Home Estimate

Estimates are conducted virtually, through video chat on your cellphone or tablet. (Face Time, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp). It's certainly a new way of doing things, but it is working great!

How it works?:
At our appointment time we will give you a call to find out what options are available for video chat, (if not specified in your booking). From there we will connect virtually and do a walk-through of your home together.

What We Need From You:
We will need to know whether you would like to include Ceilings, Walls, Trim, Doors and Closet interiors. We will also be asking about the general condition of your walls and trim so that we can include the right level of repair for your project.

What We Need to See:
In our appointment we are aiming to see a 'general view' of the space, looking in from a doorway or threshold and panning left to right. If the camera is showing the space from inside the room, it can be difficult to get a true sense of the space. We will discuss this further in our appointment to make sure that we see everything we need to.

How Long Does It Take?:
Estimates take around 30 minutes to complete and will be sent through email in the week following the appointment.
